Just wanted to let you know that I recently completed a trip that was organized by Ms. Falak and while there was time difference (I am in the US and we were planning the trip to Jammu for a hike to Vaishnav Devi), Ms. Falak took great care in making sure all our requirements were properly fulfilled, suggested the right hotels and ensured we were comfortable by making frequent phone calls to us while we were in Jammu. We felt comfortable and safe and more than anything, the last minute changes that were made by Ms. Falak to accomodate the need of a larger room worked out really well.
Ms. Falak suggested we get a post-paid phone and that really helped us a lot because otherwise we would not have been able to contact anyone there using the phone.
In general, just want to let you know that I would recommend your travel agency to anyone I know travelling to Jammu or Kashmir and I look forward to trips in the future and using your services.
Employees like Ms. Falak and Ms. Razia are a great asset.

The tour coordinators are dedicated, courteous and helpful. They made the Package perfectly understanding our needs. They were always available to us and provided necessary advices and information to us. They immediately rearranged some minor deviations in the package to suit our convenience. Throughout the tour, they had been enquiring about our comfort.
The stay in Hotel Affarvat Gulmarg, Taj Palace House Boat Srinagar, Shiva Cottage Patnitop was very much comfortable. All these are located very near to the main point. The rooms are very good and neat. The services and food were good.
